　　1. PP1500 meltblown material has a high or low melt index. The melting index is too high, and the material basically has no strength. If the melting index is too low, PP will be denatured and will no longer be PP.

　　The reason for the brittleness of meltblown cloth after production may be:
　　1. If the long diameter of the spinneret is relatively small, and the holes are thick and short, the polymer jetted fiber will be thick, the gap will be large, and the time will absorb more water, which will directly cause the meltblown cloth to become brittle.
　　2. If the winding device is too short, waste heat will be generated during the winding process, and there is no rapid cooling, the PP material will naturally be more brittle after crystallization.
　　3. If the packaging is not a sealing tape stretch film, the cloth will become brittle if it absorbs more water later.
